Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide detailed information about RedBox’s services, features, and benefits to customers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating complex problems when necessary.
• Record customer interactions accurately, documenting inquiries and resolutions.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
• Provide feedback on common customer concerns and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of company products and services.
• Support the sales team by providing insights into customer needs and experiences.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Proven experience in customer service or support roles is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and patience in dealing with difficult situations.
• Ability to work well both independently and in a team environment.
• Flexibility to handle a variety of tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
• Familiarity with customer support software and tools is an advantage.
