Lead Engineer – Mechanical Design PDE

Job Requirements
  • B.E Mechanical /Industrial / Production Engineering with 6-12 years of experience in subsystem / component Design & Development of Locomotive / automobile / heavy industries
  • Must have Experience in CAD tools SolidWorks & Teamcenter
  • Should have worked on concept generation using idea generation methods
  • Strong knowledge in manufacturing drawings creation and drawing reading skills
  • Should be very good at GD&T, Tolerance stack-up, DFA/DFM/DFS
  • Strong knowledge of Industry Codes and Engineering standards like ASME, ISO & European specific standards
  • Knowledge of Product data management and handling change management process including Configuration management.
  • Will be owning key CTQ like delivery, schedules, quality for all teams within business units
  • Should have experience as checker / Reviewer
  • Should have worked with cross-functional team of Designers, Engineers, Manufacturing, Sourcing, Field service and external consulting engineering teams.
  • Very good knowledge on Excel and communication skills
