Ideal Profile

• 8-10 years in Data Science/ML, with 1.5-2 years hands-on Generative AI experience and/or Machine Learning (model building)

• Proven RAG or machine learning skills (implementation, debugging, optimization)

• Knowledge of Agentic AI frameworks (practical exposure preferred over theory)

• Python expertise—clean code, debugging mastery, and pipeline troubleshooting

• LeetCode/HackerRank profiles? Huge plus!

• Obsessive learner who stays ahead of AI trends
