We are looking for a Fleet Manager to lead and manage our partnerships with delivery companies. You will oversee contracts, monitor performance, and ensure that our delivery operations meet the highest standards of efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Establish and maintain relationships with third-party delivery service providers (3PLs).
• Negotiate contracts and service level agreements (SLAs) to enhance cost efficiency and service quality.
• Track and analyze delivery performance metrics (including on-time delivery rates, cost per shipment, and customer satisfaction).
• Work collaboratively with Operations, Technology, and Commercial teams to optimize delivery processes.
• Identify and onboard new delivery partners in order to facilitate business expansion.
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in logistics, delivery partnerships, or fleet operations.
• Proficient negotiation, communication, and contract management abilities.
• Experience in Software as a Service (SaaS), Transportation as a Service (TaaS), last-mile delivery, or 3PL management is advantageous.
