Senior Air Conditioner Sales Executive
The Role
We are seeking an experienced air conditioner sales professional to lead our business development in Dubai, focusing on *air conditioners imported from China* (residential, commercial, and central AC units). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the HVAC or home appliance sector, strong client relationship skills, and a solid understanding of the UAE and Middle East market. 1. Sales Development* – Plan and execute AC sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets 2. Client Acquisition* – Develop relationships with wholesalers, appliance retailers, contractors, and real estate developers 3. Channel Management* – Maintain and expand supply chain and sales network for China-imported AC products 4. Project Sales* – Participate in large-scale commercial, residential, and government HVAC projects 5. Market Analysis* – Monitor industry trends, competitor pricing, and product innovations to optimize sales performance 6. Delivery Coordination* – Oversee customs clearance, warehousing, distribution, and installation arrangements 7. After-Sales Support* – Collaborate with the service team to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Requirements
Requirements * Minimum 5 years of sales experience in air conditioners or home appliances * Experience in selling China-imported AC products in Dubai/UAE is highly preferred* * Strong knowledge of UAE and Middle East AC market channels and procurement processes * Fluent in English; Mandarin Chinese preferred, Arabic is a plus * Excellent negotiation and client relationship management skills * Valid UAE driving license * Familiarity with basic AC technical knowledge and installation processes is an advantage
