Pricing Analyst- at Givaudan – Your future position?

Ready for a new challenge? Join our Pricing team as a Pricing Analyst (Fragrances Division), based in Dubai, UAE. In this critical function, you will support the fast-growing Middle East & Africa region, taking on broad responsibilities and high visibility. Your strategic mindset and business acumen will help drive profitable growth and support the sub-region in achieving its targets.

In this exciting role, you will:

Price Maintenance -

Ensure price maintenance, implementation of price revisions, and data accuracy in the pricing systems.
Maintain strict control to prevent any pricing leakages
Provide support to the Customer Care team on pricing issues for SAP orders.
Ensure compliance with the regional and global pricing guidelines.

Business Support -

Manage constructive and proactive partnerships with all key stakeholders (Sales, Finance, Technical, Operations and Customer Care) in the pricing process with a 'Pricing for Profitable Win Approach'.
Periodically analyse gross margin, identify product cost issues, and address these with Procurement, Operations, Finance, and Technical teams.
Act as an integration between pricing and business teams by supporting price negotiations and quotations
Support key customer agreements initiatives (growth/rebate programmes)

Global Pricing Activities-

Support the implementation of global and regional pricing policies.
Extend ideas and concepts from other regions that can be implemented in the region

Your professional profile includes:

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or any relevant discipline.
Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in pricing or business controlling in a B2B environment.
Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
Advanced excel skills is a must.
Experience in direct customer interactions and managing stakeholders for pricing negotiations will be an asset.
Knowledge or experience with SAP or any other ERP will be useful.
A team player and comfortable with diversity.
