We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with FenX configuration and deep expertise in the Know Your Customer (KYC) domain. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent analytical skills and the ability to lead and mentor a team of configurators

Must Have

• Proven hands-on experience with FenX configuration.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE Central Bank regulations, FATF (Financial Action Task Force) guidelines, CRS (Common Reporting Standard), and FATCA (Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act)
• Expertise in the KYC domain, including knowledge of relevant regulations and standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques.
• Experience with project management methodologies is a plus.

Preferred

• Fenergo certified on configuration.
• Familiarity with AWS cloud services and infrastructure, including EC2, S3, RDS, and CloudFormation.
• Understanding of software development best practices, including version control, testing, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).

Minimum Experience

• Minimum 2 year of hands-on configuration and minimum 7 years’ experience in KYC domain using Fene (Fenergo) and Fenx
