쿠팡이츠 전반의 전략적 이니셔티브 실행을 지원할 Technical Project Manager, TPM 을 찾고 있습니다.

이 역할은 프로젝트 거버넌스, 운영 효율성, 그리고 비즈니스, 제품, 법무, 보안, 엔지니어링 팀 간의 원활한 정렬을 보장하는 데 핵심적인 역할을 합니다.

주요 업무

• 프로젝트 관리 프레임워크, 표준, 베스트 프랙티스를 정의하고 지속적으로 개선

자격 요건

• 비즈니스 레벨 이상의 영어 가능하신 분 (영어 인터뷰 포함)
• 기술 중심 환경에서 5년 이상의 프로젝트 또는 프로그램 관리 경험
• Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid 등 프로젝트 관리 방법론에 대한 이해
• Jira, Confluence 등 프로젝트 관리 도구 활용 능력

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Project Manager(TPM) to support the execution of strategic initiatives across Coupang Eats. This role is pivotal in ensuring project governance, operational efficiency, and seamless alignment between business, product, Legal,Security and engineering teams.

The ideal candidate will not only have strong project management expertise but also be tech-savvy, prefer to have hands-on experience using AI-powered tools (such as Windsurf, ChatGPT, or other automation platforms) to enhance reporting, insights, and workflow productivity.

What you will do

• Define, implement, and continuously improve project management frameworks, standards, and best practices.
• Support program and project managers in planning, execution, and delivery to ensure outcomes are on time and of high quality.
• Oversee project portfolio governance, including prioritization, resource allocation, risk management, and interdependencies.
• Develop and deliver executive-level reporting and dashboards, consolidating data and insights from multiple teams.
• Champion the adoption of AI and automation tools (Windsurf, ChatGPT, Jira/slack plug-ins, etc.) to enhance documentation, reporting, and decision-making.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (Engineering, Product, Operations, Finance, Legal, Security, Communications) to drive alignment and execution.
• Act as a change agent, fostering a data-driven, automation-first culture in project management.

Basic Qualifications

• Business+ level of English competency
• 5+ years of project or program management experience in a technology-driven environment.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, hybrid).
• Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.).
• Practical experience with AI-powered tools (e.g., Windsurf, ChatGPT, or other automation platforms) for workflow optimization and reporting.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.

Preferred

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, or Agile-related (PMI-ACP, CSM, SAFe).
• Experience in e-commerce, technology, or hyper-growth organizations.
• Ability to automate workflows (basic SQL, Python, or API integrations) is a plus.
