We are looking for an experienced and innovative Senior Product Manager to join the leadership team of a leading AI-powered eCommerce & marketplace company in India. As a Senior Product Manager, you will own the strategy, vision, and execution of our AI-driven products, ensuring they deliver measurable business impact, delight customers, and scale globally.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Vision

• Formulate a clear product vision and roadmap for AI-powered tools and marketplace solutions.
• Balance short-term delivery with long-term innovation aligned with company strategy.

Market & Competitive Analysis

• Conduct deep market research and competitor benchmarking to identify opportunities in AI, LLM, agents, and commerce.
• Spot emerging trends and guide product evolution to maintain a competitive edge.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Partner with engineering, AI/ML, design, marketing, and sales to define, build, and launch high-impact features.
• Align internal stakeholders on product priorities and customer needs.

Product Development & Lifecycle Management

• Drive the product lifecycle end-to-end: ideation, feature definition, backlog prioritization, execution, launch, and scaling.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality, market-ready features.

User Experience & Design Leadership

• Champion the customer experience; partner with design to deliver intuitive, seamless, and impactful products.
• Ensure AI-powered features provide clarity, trust, and measurable user value.

Performance Tracking & Data-Driven Decisions

• Define success metrics and KPIs.
• Continuously analyze performance, user feedback, and data insights to iterate rapidly.

Team Leadership & Mentorship

• Mentor junior PMs and foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and collaboration.
• Build strong product ownership across cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA/advanced degree preferred).
• 6–10 years of product management experience, ideally in AI/LLM platforms, SaaS, eCommerce, or marketplace products.
• Deep understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and agentic workflows.
• Proven success in end-to-end product lifecycle ownership: from vision to launch to scaling.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and modern product management tools.
• Startup or high-growth environment experience is a plus.
