Sales and Business Development Executive

We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive with a strong background in the KSA construction industry, specifically in steel structure works as a subcontractor. The ideal candidate will play a key role in business development, client acquisition, and securing subcontract packages for mega and giga projects.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5–10 years of proven experience in sales and business development within the KSA construction market, with a strong focus on steel structure subcontracting.
  • Established network with main contractors, consultants, and developers in the region.
  • Proven ability to identify opportunities, prepare proposals, and secure subcontract packages in large-scale projects.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills in English (Arabic language proficiency is an added advantage).
  • Must possess a valid driving license and own car.
