Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented People Partner Specialist to join
our HR team. This role plays a vital part in managing the day-to-day People
Partner operations and supporting the business through P&O best practices.
You will be responsible for handling hiring plans, contract management,
investigations, exit interviews, and more.

Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented People Partner Specialist to join
our HR team. This role plays a vital part in managing the day-to-day People
Partner operations and supporting the business through P&O best practices.
You will be responsible for handling hiring plans, contract management,
investigations, exit interviews, and more.
What You´ll Do
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
- Handle all aspects of the hiring process, including contracts, hiring documentation, and HRIS system updates
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
- Coordinate with the Shared Services team regarding social insurance, life insurance, and labor office audits
- Conduct regular store visits within your assigned area to address employee complaints, ensure compliance with company policies, and support overall employee relations
- Monitor and follow up on employee productivity and performance indicators
- Lead and conduct exit interviews and finalize all process for Full & Final
- Partner with leaders to provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and policy
- Support and assist in organizational changes, including restructuring and internal mobility
- Contribute to the development and execution of P&O programs and initiatives that align with business goals
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal P&O policies

Follow up on the performance management cycle and ensure timely completion
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1–2 years of relevant HR experience
- HR Diploma is required
- Experience dealing with Labor Offices is a must
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR policies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
