Job Description: Property Consultant – Dubai Real Estate

Key Responsibilities

• Advise and guide clients—buyers, sellers, and investors—on real estate opportunities across Dubai.
• Conduct property viewings, handle negotiations, and manage end-to-end sales transactions.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships based on trust, integrity, and exceptional service.
• Stay informed on the latest Dubai real estate trends, market movements, and pricing strategies.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
• Deliver outstanding client experiences that reinforce the company’s reputation for excellence.

Requirements

Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience (any industry): Candidates will undergo a 2-month probation period.

Additional Requirements:

• Valid UAE driving license (essential for client viewings and property tours).
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work both independently and within a team.
• Excellent customer service mindset with a focus on client satisfaction.

Preferred Skills

• In-depth knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market, laws, and regulations.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in any other languages is an advantage.
