Project cum Sales Engineer – Electrical
1. Project Management Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute electrical projects from initiation to completion.
- Review technical drawings, BOQs, specifications, and ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Schedule and monitor daily site activities to ensure timely delivery of work.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, technicians, and suppliers for smooth execution of tasks.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards and safety compliance.
- Prepare project progress reports, site documentation, and material tracking logs.
- Support testing, commissioning, and handover procedures.
- Resolve technical issues on-site and provide corrective action plans.
- Ensure all project milestones are delivered within budget and timeframe.
2. Sales & Business Development Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities in electrical contracting, ELV, MEP, and related services.
- Prepare and submit technical & commercial proposals based on client requirements.
- Conduct site visits and surveys to evaluate work scopes and prepare accurate quotations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Participate in pre-bid meetings, client presentations, and technical discussions.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and project timelines to secure orders.
- Maintain CRM records and track follow-ups on tenders and quotations.
3. Technical Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to clients regarding products, systems, and engineering solutions.
- Work with design teams to prepare layouts, SLDs, load schedules, and technical submittals.
- Ensure materials and equipment comply with project specifications and standards (IEC, BS, DEWA, ADDC, etc.).
- Coordinate FAT, SAT, and system integration activities when required.
- Evaluate vendor quotations and support procurement in selecting suitable products.
4. Coordination & Communication Responsibilities
- Liaise with internal departments including design, procurement, finance, and operations.
- Attend coordination meetings with clients, consultants, main contractors, and suppliers.
- Communicate project risks, delays, and requirements to management on time.
- Ensure proper documentation and communication flow between all stakeholders.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Educational Background:
Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree, ( Electrical Engineering preferred).
Experience:
- 3 years of relevant experience.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
