Fashion Designer – Job Description

We are seeking a creative and strategic Fashion Designer who can translate inspiration into

commercially successful collections. The ideal candidate understands our customer deeply, builds on our

brand heritage, and continuously evolves our collections with purpose.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop seasonal collections aligned with our Fashion’s brand identity and market positioning.

• Research and gather inspiration from multiple sources (fashion trends, art, culture, street style, global

markets).

• Translate inspiration into cohesive concepts, mood boards, color palettes, and product ranges.

• Understand our target customer and design based on their needs, preferences, and

purchasing behavior.

• Analyze previous collections to identify best-sellers, underperformers, and opportunities for

improvement.

• Ensure continuity in design language by building on past collections rather than starting from scratch.

• Collaborate with production and merchandising teams to ensure designs are feasible and

cost-effective.

• Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities to keep the brand relevant and competitive.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in fashion design.

• Strong understanding of fashion trends, fabrics, and garment construction.

• Ability to create collections based on multiple inspiration sources.

• Strong analytical skills to evaluate past collections and customer behavior.

• Creative mindset with a strong sense of brand identity and storytelling.

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Work Conditions

• Working days: Sunday to Thursday.

• Full-time position.
