As we continue to expand, we are looking for an ambitious Sales Manager to drive revenue growth, build strategic partnerships, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
About the Role
As the Sales Manager, you will own the complete sales cycle—from converting inbound enquiries into customers to identifying new business opportunities and developing long-term commercial partnerships. This is a hands-on role suited to a proactive sales professional who enjoys building relationships, exceeding targets, and contributing directly to business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full sales pipeline from lead qualification to closing deals.
Convert inbound enquiries into paying customers through effective consultative selling.
Generate new business through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with B2B and B2C clients.
Identify opportunities to grow revenue through cross-selling and upselling services.
Build referral partnerships with real estate agencies, relocation companies, e-commerce businesses, and corporate clients.
Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales agreements.
Monitor sales performance, conversion rates, and pipeline metrics, identifying opportunities to improve results.
Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities within the CRM.
Achieve and exceed monthly revenue and sales targets.
Collaborate closely with operations and customer service teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management.
Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Experience selling services within logistics, warehousing, fulfillment, self-storage, moving & relocation, courier, or related industries is highly preferred.
Strong experience managing both inbound leads and outbound business development.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or Microsoft Dynamics.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and improve conversion performance.
Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
UAE market experience is preferred.
