Role Summary

A leading cotton spinning and textile manufacturing company is seeking a Mid-Level Facility Engineer with 4–7 years of industrial experience. The ideal candidate will have a solid hands-on background in maintaining factory facilities and utility systems, with expertise in both electrical and mechanical maintenance within an industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain HVAC systems.

  • Maintain fire fighting systems.

  • Perform building maintenance.

  • Maintain forklifts.

  • Maintain air compressors.

  • Maintain factory lighting systems.

  • Maintain humidification stations.

  • Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance in an industrial facility.

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of experience as a Facility Engineer or in a similar industrial maintenance role.

  • Hands-on experience with:

    • HVAC systems

    • Fire fighting systems

    • Building maintenance

    • Forklift maintenance

    • Compressor maintenance

    • Lighting systems

    • Humidification stations

  • Electrical and mechanical maintenance experience.

  • Industrial manufacturing experience is mandatory.

Working Schedule

  • Working Days: Saturday – Thursday

  • Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
