A leading cotton spinning and textile manufacturing company is seeking a Mid-Level Industrial Facility Engineer to support the maintenance and reliability of its manufacturing facility. The company operates a large-scale industrial plant and is focused on maintaining safe, efficient, and uninterrupted production through effective facility and utility management.

Role Summary

We are looking for an Industrial Facility Engineer with 4–7 years of experience and a solid hands-on background in industrial facility maintenance. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining critical building systems, utilities, and industrial equipment to ensure the smooth operation of the manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain HVAC systems.

• Maintain Fire Fighting systems.

• Perform Building Maintenance activities.

• Maintain Forklifts.

• Maintain Compressors.

• Maintain Lighting systems.

• Maintain Humidification Stations.

• Perform Electrical and Mechanical Maintenance within an industrial environment.

Requirements

Must Have

• 4–7 years of experience as an Industrial Facility Engineer or in a similar maintenance role.

• Hands-on experience with:

  • HVAC systems

  • Fire Fighting systems

  • Building maintenance

  • Forklift maintenance

  • Compressor maintenance

  • Lighting systems

  • Humidification station maintenance

• Electrical and Mechanical Maintenance experience in the industrial field only.

Working Schedule

• Working Days: Saturday – Thursday

• Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
