Role Summary

We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media & Content Executive to lead our content and social media presence by developing and executing audience-focused content strategies. This role is responsible for enhancing brand visibility, educating the business community, fostering meaningful engagement, supporting marketing campaigns, generating qualified leads, and positioning the company as a trusted thought leader in HR technology and ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the monthly content calendar across social media platforms, including Snapchat, TikTok, Instagram, and X.

• Write, produce, and publish engaging content in both Arabic and English, including posts, reels, short videos, carousels, and campaign copy.

• Manage day-to-day community engagement by responding to comments and messages and escalating leads or support inquiries to the appropriate teams.

• Coordinate with designers to ensure all published content aligns with the company's visual identity and brand guidelines.

• Develop recurring content series highlighting product features, customer success stories, company milestones, and industry insights.

• Monitor social media performance, including reach, engagement, follower growth, and website traffic, and prepare monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations.

• Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activities within the Saudi market, and capitalize on relevant opportunities in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field.

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience managing social media accounts for a brand, either in-house or within an agency.

• Excellent Arabic copywriting skills with strong working proficiency in English.

• Practical experience using content creation tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms.

• Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools.

• A portfolio of published social media content that demonstrates your creativity and execution capabilities.

• Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.

• Creative storytelling and visual content planning skills.

• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics and optimize content.

• Familiarity with the Saudi market, digital trends, and audience preferences.

• Experience in B2B, SaaS, HR technology, or ERP solutions is an advantage.
