# Used Car Sales Executive

First Motors is seeking a motivated and experienced Used Car Sales Executive to join our expanding automotive division. **Responsibilities**

- Greeting customers on the sales floor and determining their vehicle needs and preferences.

- Professionally demonstrating vehicle features and conducting test drives.

- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

- Negotiating sale prices and trade-in values to finalise agreements in a clear and transparent manner.

- Managing all sales documentation and coordinating with the finance department to secure approvals.

- Meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance metrics.

- Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of our used vehicle inventory, market trends, and competitor offerings.

- Ensuring the vehicle display area is well-maintained, clean, and attractive to customers.

- Following up with prospective clients and maintaining a customer database.

**Qualifications**

- Proven experience as a Sales Executive, preferably within the used car or automotive industry.

- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

- A strong customer-focused mindset with the ability to build rapport quickly.

- A track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets.

- Must hold a valid Bahraini driving licence.

- Good knowledge of various car makes, models, and their features.

- Self-motivated, with a proactive and enthusiastic approach to sales.

- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Arabic is highly advantageous.
