Executive Senior HR Advisor – 20+ Years' Experience

Acts as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, providing high-level strategic counsel on critical organizational initiatives, transformation, governance and HR policy.

Key responsibilities may include:

• Provide strategic HR counsel to executive leadership.

• Advise on organizational transformation and workforce strategy.

• Support executive decision-making on complex people matters.

• Provide guidance on HR governance, policy and organizational effectiveness.

• Lead or advise on high-impact strategic initiatives.

• Develop recommendations addressing long-term organizational priorities and workforce requirements.

General Requirements

Candidates should demonstrate:

• Relevant Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or a related discipline.

• Relevant professional HR qualifications are advantageous.

• Minimum experience appropriate to the grade applied for.

• Strong experience within HR operations, strategy, projects, advisory or organizational development.

• Experience working within large and complex organizations.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Ability to work effectively with senior management and multidisciplinary teams.

• Strong understanding of HR policies, governance and professional practices.

• Excellent written and spoken English.

• Qatar/GCC experience and Arabic language capability are advantageous.
