Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Area Manager to oversee the operations and performance of multiple specialty coffee stores in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the specialty coffee industry, with a proven track record of managing multiple locations, developing high-performing teams, improving operational standards, and driving sales and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple specialty coffee stores within the assigned area.

• Work closely with Store Managers to maintain consistent operational, service, and product-quality standards.

• Conduct regular store visits, operational reviews, and performance audits.

• Monitor key store KPIs and identify opportunities to improve sales, profitability, productivity, and customer experience.

• Develop and implement action plans to address operational gaps and improve store performance.

• Coach, train, and mentor Store Managers to strengthen leadership and operational capabilities.

• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide clear, constructive feedback.

• Ensure all stores comply with company policies, operational procedures, health and safety requirements, and quality standards.

• Support the recruitment and selection of Store Managers and key store-level positions.

• Monitor inventory, wastage, stock availability, and ordering practices across stores.

• Identify operational challenges and ensure timely resolution.

• Build strong relationships with Store Managers and teams to maintain engagement, accountability, and consistent execution.

• Prepare and share regular performance updates with senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the specialty coffee industry, preferably in a multi-store or managerial role.

• Proven experience managing multiple stores or locations.

• Strong track record of achieving sales, operational, and business performance targets.

• Strong leadership, coaching, and people-management skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail/F&B environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems.

• Fluency in both English and Arabic is required.

• Willingness to travel between stores across the assigned area.
