Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Employee Engagement professional to lead employee engagement initiatives and contribute to a positive employee experience and organizational culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement employee engagement strategies and programs.
- Support onboarding, employee adaptation, and employee experience initiatives.
- Monitor employee engagement indicators, feedback, and KPIs.
- Develop reports and analyze engagement trends.
- Support organizational culture, values, and internal communication initiatives.
- Coordinate employee feedback and engagement activities.
- Support change-management initiatives.
- Work closely with HR and business stakeholders to improve employee experience.
- Provide coaching and guidance on engagement-related matters.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Master's degree is preferred.
- 6–10 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in Employee Engagement, Employee Experience, or Employee Relations.
- Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Strong strategic planning and problem-solving abilities.
- Arabic and English language skills are preferred.
