• Lead the design and development of employee engagement strategies and programs aligned with organizational

goals and directions.

• Oversee the implementation of engagement programs and ensure their quality and effectiveness across

departments.

• Review and update employee engagement policies and procedures in line with best institutional practices.

• Develop and monitor engagement plans to ensure the smooth and rapid adaptation of new employees.

• Provide advisory support to departments on employee engagement practices and employee experience.

• Analyze engagement data and key performance indicators and provide strategic recommendations for improvement.

• Prepare periodic reports for senior management highlighting challenges, insights, and improvement opportunities.

• Oversee employee experience throughout engagement stages, ensuring appropriate support and guidance.

• Lead initiatives aimed at enhancing employee experience in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.

• Identify risks and challenges related to employee engagement and develop mitigation plans.

• Support and implement change management initiatives related to the work environment and employee adaptation.

• Promote organizational culture and values among employees to support effective workplace engagement.

• Oversee the handling of engagement-related issues and feedback in coordination with relevant parties.

• Contribute to the development of internal communication channels to foster a positive work environment.

• Mentor and guide employee engagement specialists (if applicable) and support their professional development.

• Perform any other related duties as assigned by the direct supervisor

Pay: QAR15,000.00 - QAR18,000.00 per month
