People Dynamics is currently hiring an Employee Relations Assistant for one of our clients in Qatar.
Key Responsibilities:
- Employee services and grievance handling
- Support disciplinary actions and related documentation
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Support employee engagement activities
- Prepare HR statements and reports
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, systems, processes, and procedures
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or equivalent
- 2–3 years of experience in Employee Relations
- Good command of English and Arabic
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Must be currently available in Qatar
