Role Overview

We are hiring for a client in the jewellery manufacturing equipment sector looking for a results-driven Field Sales Executive to expand its customer base across Mumbai and nearby markets.

The role focuses on B2B field sales, developing relationships with jewellery manufacturers and dealers, generating new business, demonstrating products, and consistently achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business through field visits, prospecting, referrals, and industry networks.

• Build and maintain relationships with jewellery manufacturers, dealers, and other relevant customers.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and equipment.

• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.

• Manage the sales cycle from lead generation through follow-up and closure.

• Meet monthly and annual sales targets.

• Track competitor activity, market trends, and customer requirements.

• Maintain accurate customer and opportunity records in CRM.

• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.

• Represent the business at jewellery industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.

• 2–3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably within the jewellery industry.

• Demonstrated ability to generate leads, manage customer relationships, and close sales.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Comfortable with regular field visits and client meetings.

• Working knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems.

• Willingness to travel across Mumbai, Thane, Navi Mumbai, and surrounding areas.
