Sales Manager – LATAM

Role Overview
We are looking for a Sales Manager - LATAM to help establish the company's commercial presence across Mexico and the broader Latin American market.
This role is suited to a hands-on sales professional who can generate opportunities, manage the full sales cycle, build relationships with enterprise customers, and contribute directly to the development of the regional sales strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute outbound sales activity across Mexico and LATAM.
Build relationships with HR leaders, Talent Acquisition teams, and enterprise decision-makers.
Own the complete sales process from prospecting to signed contracts.
Generate and manage a qualified pipeline across mid-market and enterprise accounts.
Lead discovery meetings, product demonstrations, negotiations, and commercial discussions.
Monitor pipeline performance, CRM activity, and sales forecasts.
Work with Marketing, SDR, and Customer Success teams to improve sales conversion.
Identify strategic partnerships and new routes to market.
Share customer feedback and market intelligence to help refine the LATAM GTM strategy.
Support expansion from the Mexican market into additional LATAM markets.
Requirements
2–6 years of B2B or SaaS sales experience with demonstrated full-cycle ownership.
Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of the Mexican and broader LATAM business landscape.
Experience selling to mid-market and enterprise organizations.
Experience in HRTech, SaaS, AI, recruitment technology, or another B2B technology sector is preferred.
Native-level Spanish and strong business English.
Portuguese is a plus.
Strong knowledge of CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
Strong commercial judgment, pipeline management, and forecasting skills.
Comfortable taking ownership in an entrepreneurial, fast-moving environment.
