Founding Account Executive – LATAM

A fast-growing HRTech platform is expanding across Latin America and is looking for an entrepreneurial sales professional to help establish and scale the market from the ground up.
The platform uses AI and technology to help organizations improve their hiring processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Founding Account Executive to take ownership of commercial growth across Mexico and the broader LATAM region. This is a high-ownership role for a sales professional who can build pipeline, close enterprise deals, and contribute to the development of the regional go-to-market strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through demos, negotiation, and closing.
Build and manage a pipeline of mid-market and enterprise accounts across Mexico and LATAM.
Engage primarily with HR leaders, Talent Acquisition teams, and other relevant decision-makers.
Conduct consultative discovery and product demonstrations based on customer hiring challenges.
Maintain accurate CRM data, pipeline activity, and sales forecasts.
Work closely with SDR, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to improve conversion and customer acquisition.
Identify partnerships and new commercial opportunities across LATAM.
Provide market feedback, competitive insights, and customer input to support regional GTM strategy.
Requirements
2–6 years of B2B or SaaS sales experience with full-cycle ownership.
Strong understanding of the Mexican market and broader LATAM enterprise landscape.
Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets or quota.
Experience selling to mid-market and enterprise customers.
HRTech, SaaS, AI, recruitment technology, or related B2B technology experience is preferred.
Native-level Spanish and strong business English.
Portuguese is a plus.
Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms.
Strong pipeline management and forecasting discipline.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a high level of ownership and independence.
