Role Overview

We are hiring an Enterprise Account Executive – LATAM to drive new business across Mexico and the wider LATAM market. The role is focused on selling into mid-market and enterprise organizations, developing relationships with senior HR and Talent Acquisition stakeholders, and managing the complete enterprise sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify target enterprise accounts and develop outbound sales opportunities.

• Own opportunities from initial outreach and discovery through demonstration, negotiation, and contract closure.

• Build relationships with HR, Talent Acquisition, and other senior business stakeholders.

• Develop and maintain a healthy enterprise pipeline across Mexico and LATAM.

• Lead consultative discovery sessions and tailored product demonstrations.

• Navigate enterprise procurement and buying processes.

• Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline stages, and forecasts.

• Partner with Marketing, SDR, and Customer Success teams throughout the sales process.

• Identify new market and partnership opportunities.

• Provide feedback on customer needs, competitors, and market trends.

Requirements

• 2–6 years of B2B/SaaS sales experience, preferably with enterprise customers.

• Demonstrated success against sales quotas or revenue targets.

• Strong knowledge of Mexico and the wider LATAM enterprise market.

• Experience navigating complex B2B and enterprise buying processes.

• Experience selling SaaS, HRTech, AI, recruitment technology, or other B2B technology solutions is preferred.

• Native-level Spanish and strong business English.

• Portuguese is an advantage.

• Strong CRM and pipeline management experience, ideally with Salesforce or HubSpot.

• Comfortable operating independently in a fast-growing environment.
