Summary

We are hiring on behalf of a fast-growing storage and logistics company based in Dubai, providing self-storage, moving & packing, and business fulfilment solutions. As the company continues to expand, they are looking for a driven Business Development Executive to acquire new clients, develop partnerships, and expand into new markets across the UAE.

What You’ll Do

• Proactively identify, prospect, and acquire new clients across B2C and B2B segments, including individuals, SMEs, e-commerce, retail, and logistics businesses.

• Research and develop new industry verticals, partnership opportunities, and sales channels.

• Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through negotiation and closing.

• Follow up and convert warm inbound leads into new business opportunities.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients.

• Coordinate with the Client Manager on task assignment, account requirements, and client handovers.

• Maintain an active sales pipeline and ensure accurate CRM updates and reporting.

• Identify opportunities to increase market penetration and generate new revenue across the UAE.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or active B2B/B2C client acquisition.

• Proven ability to independently prospect, win, and acquire new clients, rather than relying primarily on inbound leads.

• Strong negotiation, communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

• Fluent English is required; Arabic is a strong advantage.

• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.

• Strong commercial mindset with a proactive and target-driven approach.

• Own car and valid UAE driving licence preferred.
